WARRANTY

We offer a manufacturer's warranty on all products we have sold. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects and will only be offered to the original purchaser.  To make a warranty claim please contact us Directly via the Contact information page. One of our customer service staff members will assess the claim and get in contact with you. Do NOT return products to us until your claim has been approved or you have been advised to do so by our customer service team.

To help us assess your warranty claim, please provide as many details and photos of the issue as possible.

By submitting your warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. You will correspond with our Team respectfully and use polite and courteous language/tone;
2. You will at all times refrain from making threats of defamation, slander or libel. 
3. The information contained in all email correspondence, including but not limited to all attachments, is confidential, privileged and only for the information of the intended recipient and may not be used, published or redistributed without the prior written consent;
4. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, you understand that our legal rights are reserved in full, including seeking an injunction against you for the distribution, publication or release of any confidential information.

BOARDS & PADDLES - 12 Months from Purchase Date - Excludes SNAPS, CREASES, ANY HEAT DAMAGE, FIN CHOPS, BROKEN FIN BOXES, DINGS, DEPRESSIONS, FADING

Hollow boards must use the bung correctly, bung must be installed when in the water and must be pulled out when the board is out of the water. Never tape or cover vent hole for any reason EVER!

Never paddle a Hollow board with a hole in the board. Any hole/dings must be fixed and sealed before entering the water.
