Manoeuvrability
The 800 All-Terrain features a unique, high-performance outline. By utilizing a straight leading edge and a forward-raked median line—a design principle found in aerobatic aircraft—we have significantly loosened the wing in the yaw axis. This allows for lightning-fast pivots, while the tapered, narrow wingtips provide a free, responsive feel in the roll.

Performance is driven by data. Through exhaustive CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, we developed a custom foil profile boasting an extremely high lift-to-drag ratio. Combined with a 10.08 Aspect Ratio (AR), this wing delivers amazing glide , allowing you to link bumps and stay on the foil with minimal effort.

Every One Ocean carbon component is crafted using UHM (Ultra-High Modulus) Carbon and cured in an Autoclave. This specialized manufacturing process ensures maximum structural stiffness and durability. In the world of hydrofoiling, stiffness equals control—and the 800 All-Terrain delivers the most direct connection to the water possible. The Autoclave difference- This method is considered superior to "out-of-autoclave" (OoA) molding because of its ability to achieve near-zero porosity.The autoclave’s high-pressure environment "crushes" any remaining microscopic air bubbles and volatiles within the resin.This results in a significantly higher fiber-to-resin ratio and superior interlaminar bonding, leading to parts that are not only lighter and stiffer but also up to 50% stronger in shear strength. This is why the aerospace and elite motorsport components, where structural failure is not an option and demand the best use the autoclave. The autoclave’s precision control over the curing cycle ensures a level of mechanical consistency and surface finish that other methods simply cannot replicate.
