Titanium fuselage

Available to pre-order NOW! The delivery date will be advised as soon as possible, Very limited numbers in the pre-order!

Take your gear to the next level and get rid of the hassle!

Titanium fuselages are stronger, stiffer and corrosion-free. Unlike Aluminium which is standard for most brands we at ONE want to do better and now only offer Titanium fuselages. The advantages are just too great, and the feel and hassle-free riding is well, and just the ease of use is a no-brainer.

So why Titanium?

1 - Titanium is stronger than Aluminium in Strength-to-Weight Ratio: While aluminum is lighter than titanium, titanium offers a better strength-to-weight ratio, meaning it can provide more strength for a given weight. This makes titanium a good choice for applications where strength and weight are both important considerations. While titanium might be heavier, we have designed the ONE fuselage in a way that is the same weight as a normal Aluminium fuselage, so there are no downsides.

2- Titanium is extremely corrosion resistant in harsh conditions like in saltwater, unlike Aluminum, which is one of the worst materials to use, especially when mixed with carbon. No longer do you have to worry about pulling gear apart afer every session. Titanium, the hassle-free way to go!

3 - Fatigue is the weakening of a material due to repeated stress. The difference between Titanium and Aluminum in fatigue is significant with Titanium being far far stronger in this area. Aluminum will eventually fail under even low cycles of stress which will lead to cracking and then breaking in many cases. Titanium on the other hand, can have an infinite number of cycles at low to mid stress without failing. Don’t risk your expensive foils to a weaker material!!

4 - Stronger and stiffer has also allowed us to make the fuse smaller which in turn is also faster through the water, unlike carbon fuses that have to be much larger to get the strength, so they do not break.

The ONE Titanium fuse is a 2-part fuse with the front section, the titanium part, then a carbon tail section is attached. The fuselage length can be changed by just changing the tail sections. We offer multiple lengths of tails for all styles of riding. Check them out on the tail fuse page(link here).

Pricing includes freight, yes, FREE FREIGHT worldwide.
